Ecopump 315 Turbo blower solution

The core of Ecopump 315 Turbo Blower is massive rotor electric motor with frequency converter which is necessary to run the motor from 0-10 000 rpm. This cutting edge technology make it possible to adjust vacuum level from atmospheric pressure to -60kPa on demand without waisting energy.

Converter is equipped with electric filter that removes electric disturbances, which in turn enables to place the converter in electric room and the turbo itself in the machine floor. The system uses low voltage 390-690V.

Radial impeller is directly fitted on the electric motor shaft No couplings and gear boxes means less maintenance. The pump has one rotating shaft on oil lubricated ball bearings. That is practically all what it comes to mechanical maintenance. Electrically: it has an AC motor and frequency controller - both well understood in the industry today.
